There’s Selfies and there’s Nixie…

Couldn’t quite believe this concept called Nixie when I saw it, but seems like it’s quite close to reality now.
It’s a basically a drone that sits on your wrist in watch/bracelet form and can then be deployed into the sky to follow you and film in high definition or take photos.
Initially thinking this might only be for the vain among us who want perfect selfies, but I can see the uses for this amongst extreme sports men/women or tourists capturing that amazing shot in front of the Taj Mahal etc.
Controlled by your smart phone and can see it being very popular, although I’d probably only recommend using it on a still day, a sudden gust of wind and you could probably say goodbye to it.
