Website Design and Development
To create a new website for Home Start Supporting families in the areas of Plymouth, Torbay, South Hams and West Devon. A simple website was required that communicated a bright, friendly and accessible technology charity that aims to use technology to inspire and support organisations across all sectors.
Making a donation and supporting Home Start needed to be made easy and straight forward.
It’s now really crucially important to consider ‘mobile first’. We create all our sites so that they are responsive and that enables web to fit the screens of different devices automatically, displaying the content in a way that aids usability and experience.
We created the website design based and influence by the existing Home Start style. The site needed to reflect Home-Start ethos that is helping support children so they can have a happy and secure childhood. Also helping to support parents in playing the key role in giving their children a good start in life and helping them achieve their full potential.
As mentioned the website design needed to fully fit in with the existing Home Start style.
The site needed to feature a comprehensive referral form for those parents and children that require support during difficult times. This needed to gather information and easily and securely pass this to Home-Start staff.
