The New Apple MacBook Pro – and is it enough of an improvement?

I’ve been wanting to purchase a MacBook for a few weeks now but have held off as I’ve heard rumours about a NEW MacBook that Apple was going to launch, well Tuesday 14th October they finally launched it.
I does look like a great product, far more environmentally friendly, faster, lighter, thinner.
In terms of the environment it has:

Meets ENERGY STAR requirements

It has some of the following features:

All great features I think you’ll agree
BUT
It’s even more expensive and is it enough of an improvement?
