No contract, you just pay a month in advance and you can cancel at anytime. We are that confident in the service.

How long after signup will the campaign/s start?

Usually have the team briefed and your social media campaign starts within 7 to 10 days.

How much time do I get to review the posts/tweets you write for me?

We schedule posts/tweets at least 7 days ahead, this gives you plenty of time to review the content.

Can you add our images into the content posted?

Certainly, we can integrate your images into your social media campaign. We can even supply a handful of relevant royalty free images as well.

Are you based in the UK?

Yes, the team working on your campaign and content are all UK based and native English speaking.

Do you throughly grammar check tweets and posts before sending?

All our content is double checked by the admin team before adding into the scheduler. Always checking for grammar, spelling and localisation based on your target country.

Can I add in my own tweets / posts?

Certainly, we encourage you to add yet more value to the mix with you own tweets and posts. After all no one knows your business like you do. You can also add in breaking news from you business etc.

Can I view the analytics of the social media campaigns?

Absolutely you will have access to your own control panel to view clicks, track links and location from your social media campaign. Your control panel presents the data in a series of interactive graphs and responsive charts.
